My very first floral series
Only 5 pieces have been painted and it was waaaay outside my comfort zone. I learned a lot in the process and can’t wait to apply it to my abstracts!

Lazy days of endless summer and lethargy. The feeling of heated up pavement, lawn sprinklers and a group of kids screeching in the distance. Ice cream that is melting too fast to eat. Not a breeze that stirs the leaves. Your thoughts are slow and heavy and you can’t remember what it would be like to feel cold. And for whatever reason, these blossoms you were gifted still stand tall and strong, petals lush and velvety, no drooping head in sight. As your mind slowly slips into lethargy, you wonder what inherent magic leaves this bouquet so flawless and joyful.
