It’s not always easy to trust my intuition. Time and time again has my body known something is good for me or not before I could explain it logically. I might get annoyed because I get headache when I work on specific projects or get sick repeatedly when I am about to meet certain people,

But it’s my body protecting me from something I know deep down is not serving me. I know exactly when I am stressed by all the signs my body is sending, from a flickering eyelid to my ears popping for no discernable reason. That’s when I halt, take a deep breath, and listen within to correct course.
